Shipping is included in all prices shown on TaiwanCeramicTreasures.com. There are no extra shipping fees at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are prepared with care and typically dispatch within a few business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Address & Contact Details (Customer Responsibility)

To help your package arrive smoothly:

  • You are responsible for entering accurate shipping details and a valid contact telephone number.
  • We ship to the exact address and phone number provided at checkout. We can’t replace, refund, or reroute orders due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  • If you need to correct details, contact us immediately after ordering—changes may not be possible once processing begins.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Any import costs (customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges) imposed by your government are the customer’s sole responsibility.
  • These charges are not collected by TaiwanCeramicTreasures.com and are not included in our prices.

Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Delivery timelines vary by destination and local carriers. Delays caused by customs or the carrier are outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a resolution.
  • For lost shipments, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate using the tracking information provided.

Non-Deliverable & Refused Shipments

  • Packages returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal may incur return shipping and re-shipping fees. Original shipping remains included in the product price and is non-refundable.
